Ainsa Hutson Hester & Crews LLP is located in El Paso, Texas. We represent clients in business transactions and litigation matters. While we serve many clients in our immediate geographical area of Texas and New Mexico, we also work in many other jurisdictions throughout the country.
Our business and litigation practice includes purchase and sale transactions, real estate development, financing and entitlement (all phases), construction (including contracting, permitting and various litigation matters), small and large scale lending (including conventional and bond financing), title, survey, insurance and related property matters, property tax protests and appeals, zoning matters, securities, acquisitions, sale, and merger. We also represent our clients before local, state and federal courts and governmental agencies and departments. We handle litigation related to our practice areas with an emphasis on commercial and construction disputes, fiduciary litigation, eminent domain proceedings, and more. We also represent our clients in various labor and employment matters ranging from client advice and counseling to litigation in both federal and state courts.

- We represent individuals, business entities and institutional clients. We advise clients throughout the life cycle of their business acquisition, ownership, financing operation and exit. Achievements
We are proud to announce that Chantel Crews served (2017-2018) as President of the Texas Association of Defense Counsel, an organization of Texas trial attorneys in private practice whose purpose is to bring together by association, communication and organization, lawyers who devote a substantial amount of their professional time to litigating civil cases and whose representation in such cases is primarily for the defense. Founded in 1960, the TADC has over 1,800 members.

Expansion
We are also proud to announce that Gerald “Gerry” Howard has joined the firm as a partner. Mr. Howard is Board Certified in labor and employment law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has been in practice in El Paso for over fifteen years. Gerry is recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer in the labor and employment field and represents management in labor and employment matters.
