Andrew Ainsa’s legal practice is focused on representing clients in the areas of real estate, banking and general business. Andrew has represented numerous clients with respect to the acquisition, financing, disposition, and leasing of residential and commercial real estate, including construction, interim and permanent financings of real estate, foreclosures and acceptances of deeds in lieu of foreclosure. Andrew also assists clients with entity formation, contractual agreements, document preparation and general business work. Andrew’s clients include institutional lenders providing real estate financing, individual and corporate real estate developers and contractors, and individuals and business entities conducting business in Texas and New Mexico.
Community Involvement
Andrew believes giving back to the community enables everyone to be more successful. Andrew currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Mary L. Peyton Foundation. The Mary L. Peyton Foundation is a non-profit corporation that addresses the financial hardships many of El Paso’s residents face by giving them living, medical and vocational/educational assistance. Andrew previously served on the El Paso Symphony Orchestra’s Board of Directors, the El Paso Collaborative for Community & Economic Development’s Board of Directors, and the El Paso Leadership Academy’s Board of Directors. Andrew has also been a speaker at various local legal conferences and business seminars on legal topics related to his practice areas.
