Mike Hutson’s clients include institutional lenders, individual and corporate real estate developers, contractors, telecommunications service providers, small business owners, trade associations, and corporations providing real estate finance.
Since joining the Firm in 2012, Mike has represented numerous clients with respect to acquisition, financing, disposition, and leasing of commercial real estate. He has worked on hundreds of transactions, and has assisted individuals and corporations in the creation of numerous commercial entities.
Mike has also assisted senior partners in complex construction litigation involving municipal organizations, insurance claims, workman’s compensation suits, and claims for discrimination.
Since 2013, Mike has worked on numerous transactions in the telecommunications industry. Mike’s work in this field has led him to negotiate complex transactions with Google, AT&T, Amazon, Microsoft, Facebook and Twitch.
